Welcome to Northern Lakes College "From Tormentor to Mentor" course presented by Shift Management.
From Tormentor to Mentor was created to help managers and employees understand the differences between psychologically safe and toxic workplace environments with the goal of encouraging us all to intentionally choose actions and words that contribute to healthy and safe workplaces.
From Tormentor to Mentor is structured as a self-study course in four sections. Each section has text, reflection questions or exercises, images and videos to help understand and apply the concepts to specific workplace contexts.
